Dear Consumer,

In case of issues like receipt not generated or bill not received , you can get a copy of duplicate receipts/bills on the Water Bill Citizen Portal without Login.

Please follow the following steps:

1. Go to the Water Bill Citizen portal Homepage at
    https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in/aqua/CitizenHome.html

2. Select Download Bills/Receipts from the drop-down option.

3. Enter your CCN Number and click on Proceed.

4. Select the option as Duplicate Bill or Duplicate Receipt

5. Click on View button

6. Click on the Bill/Receipt under Action tab to download Duplicate
    Bill/Receipt

Disclaimer:

Please note that for cases where in you have received a payment error page while making online payments but still amount has been debited from your Bank account, you are advised to wait for 2-3 days for Bank records reconciliation and try to download the Receipt again after 2-3 days by following the above mentioned steps. In case you are still not able to get the receipts, then you may contact your Banks customer care or the Payment Gateway Customer care (details mentioned on this page).
